Going to the dentist is usually not an event that most people enjoy or look forward to The entire staff of Dr.Aerni are people with real compassion and concern with everything they do, from cleanings to having teeth replaced.The quality of their work and the care they give to every patient is as good as it gets.Every person working there greets you with a smile and a wonderful attitude every time u walk in. I kind of like going to the dentist now ! ?

On time, explain everything and was friendly as well as efficiently.

I cannot say enough good about Dr. Aerni and his staff! They are second to none! I most recently had a repair on my partial where a tooth came out. One of his great assistants, Stephanie, looked at my issue, and along with Dr. Aerni, came up with plan to repair my partial. Dr. Aerni custom made a reinforcement for the tooth to make the bonding stronger with the partial so that I wouldn't have to worry about it coming out again, and did it on the same day! I'm always grateful on how well Dr. Aerni and his staff take care of me! In addition, they are so friendly and professional, which takes the stress out of going to the dentist!!

We chose Dr. Arnie for our Son's need for the braces among 4 other orthodontists from North Olmsted to Brecksville. That was several years ago already. We are now very happy that we decided to go with Dr Arnies. We would not hesitate to send our second child to him if we had a second child, but fortunately or unfortunately we only have one 😁 And we certainly feel that we made an awesome decision for our Son's orthodontics with Dr. Arnie and his office!
